Clinton has called for an increase of $275 billion in federal infrastructure spending over five years; $25 billion of this funding would go toward a national infrastructure bank, which could leverage the money to create an additional $225 billion in direct loans, loan guarantees and other types of credit enhancement. This would bring Clinton’s total infrastructure investment to $500 billion. In August, Trump said he would at least double Clinton’s infrastructure spending.

Trump likes to say the Immigration and Customs Enforcement bureau has endorsed him. This is not true, as agencies cannot endorse candidates; however, the National Border Patrol Council endorsed Trump in March and the National ICE Council endorsed him in late September.
10. What would Clinton do about the across-the-board budget cuts known as sequestration?
She has pledged to end the cuts for both defense and civilian agencies.
