Delivering for America: Stamped for Approval or Return to Sender?

In early 2021, Postmaster General Louis DeJoy unveiled his 10-year proposal aimed at overhauling the Postal Service to make it more efficient and cost-effective. The “Delivering for America”plan was widely anticipated, and quickly earned both plaudits and criticisms from stakeholders. At the time, DeJoy called his solutions – which included cutting hours, increasing prices and shifting toward slower mail delivery – “a bold plan and a break from the past.”

In the years since, has “Delivering for America” started delivering what it promised?
