Modernizing Government Enterprise

As the operational goals of state and local government evolves, are state and local agencies ready to meet internal and citizen needs? Enabling better service delivery for public sector operations is rooted in improved workflow and visibility. How have organizations planned for or begun implementing enterprise service management strategies to increase efficiencies? In August 2023, GovExec’s Insights & Research Group worked in partnership with Atlassian and Carahsoft to poll a random sample of 150 state and local government employees to answer these questions and more.
