As the federal government overhauls its operations, digitization will play a fundamental role. While many agencies still rely on wet signatures, paper files and decentralized collaboration, recent shifts to work-from-home have forced agencies to rethink their models. This virtual event explored digital trends across federal agencies. We investigated how various offices and agencies are adjusting their protocols, from e-signature permissions to using artificial intelligence in their auditing. We considered how digitization is affecting the creation, management and analysis of records, and the role artificial intelligence has in driving efficiencies and regulatory compliance.
