With Congress into the throes of debating authorization and appropriations bills, federal employees can expect to find pay and benefits nuggets tucked into some of the mega-spending bills. Pay and Benefits Watch is keeping an eye on the big bills, as well as small ones. Below is a listing of pay and benefits measures and where they sit in the legislative process.
