EPA's 'Tiger Lady' Strips, Then Rips Halloween

Jabeen Akhtar, who works for the Environmental Protection Agency, has a busy extracurricular life. WorldNetDaily reports that in February, Akhtar stripped nearly nude, covered herself in tiger-striped body paint, and sat in a cage on a public street in Charlotte, N.C., as part of a protest by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals against circuses. But this week, Akhbar has another point of view on near-nudity, lamenting the relative unpopularity of women's Halloween costumes that "cover all of your skin." will be ... in thigh-high boots and mini-dresses, with toy accoutrements such as handcuffs, stethoscopes and whips. And lots of cleavage. The most popular creature for a woman to dress up as on Halloween this year: the tramp.
