Nouns Abound

Over at the Housingfinance.com blog, they've got a contest going relative to a HUD Federal Register notice about "Evaluation of Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Grantee Unit Costs." That's "six consecutive mutually modifying nouns," the blog's Martha Bridegam notes. She thinks that might be a record, and challenges anyone to find a federal reference to beat it.
