VA Catalogs Wear and Tear
"Worn carpet, damaged floor tiles, leaking roofs and cockroach infestations": Those are among the problems at 1,400 Department of Veterans Affairs clinics and hospitals, according to the results of new inspections. Sen. Patty Murray's take: This shows that the military health care system is broken.
