So, I was talking to folks who work on human capital issues at the Central Intelligence Agency today, and what do you know, today's Doonesbury has Jeff Redfern sitting down with HR at CIA. The human resources officer tells him that the benefits package is "the basic civil service package...paid leave, sick days, flex schedule, full health, credit union, 401k, etc." Hah. Right.
