Anti-Census Sentiment

It's no secret that census takers are in a dangerous line of work. But you may be surprised at just how risky their jobs have gotten as they go door-to-door trying to reach some of the more elusive households. The Washington Post reports there have been 379 assaults or threats on Census Bureau workers during the 2010 count, compared to 181 a decade ago.
