Too Stylish for Government?

Right-wing agitator Ann Coulter appeared at a fundraiser for gay conservative group GOProud on Saturday and, as is her wont, she didn't shy away from controversy. According to Esquire's Politics Blog, she declared that "not only can gays be conservative, you pretty much have to be."

She gave several reasons at various levels of facetiousness, but one jumped out at me: "Gays are too stylish to work for the federal government."
