Air Force Seeks Strategic Leaders

Are you a GS-14 or GS-15 civilian at the Air Force? Do you think you have what it takes to help move the service forward? If so, the Air Force may be looking to give your career a boost in the form of leadership training.

The service's leadership development officials are seeking nominations for two development opportunities: Strategic Leadership Education Level I, open to civil service employees in the GS-14 and 15 grades or equivalent pay band; and Strategic Leadership Education Level II, open to those at GS-15 or the equivalent pay band. The idea is to develop people so they ultimately can lead large Air Force organizations.

Employees can nominate themselves for either course. But get cracking: Nominations are due to the Air Force Personnel Center Civilian Leadership Development Office by Oct. 25.
