Seeking a Stay on 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell' Ruling

The Pentagon may have announced that the armed services are accepting gay recruits, but at the same time, the Obama administration asked a higher court today to suspend a judge's ruling that overturned the "don't ask, don't tell" law currently in place.
