Joint Chiefs Vice Chair on DADT and More
Last week, we had the honor of hosting Gen. James Cartwright, vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, speaking at a Government Executive' Leadership Briefing at the National Press Club in Washington. As we reported, he said the military services are preparing plans for the eventual repeal of the "don't ask, don't tell" policy that prohinits gays from openly serving in the military.
