No Booze for the Mail Carrier
Want to tip your letter carrier this holiday season? The Washington Post's Ed O'Keefe reports that gifts are allowed, with several restrictions. Postal employees can accept presents valued up to $20, but not cash. Gift cards are OK, but they can't be redeemable for cash, and they have to be from a single company, not a bank or shopping mall.
Oh, and liquour and wine are prohibited.
