Worst Congress Ever?

Congress' approval rating now stands at a mere 13 percent, the lowest in the 30 years Gallup has been tracking Americans' views of the legislative branch.

Gallup's polling shows that in recent weeks, Democrats have now joined Republicans in their disdain for lawmakers. Democrats' approval of Congress stands at only 16 percent, down from 29 percent in a November poll conduced after the midterm elections.

So congratulations, new House leaders! This is the situation you've inherited. At least you've probably got nowhere to go but up.
