Don't Scan This 'Body'

Jesse "The Body" Ventura, former Minnesota governor and professional wrestler, really hates the Transportation Security Administration's full-body scanners. In fact, Reuters reports, he objects so strongly to the new technology that he has filed a lawsuit against TSA and the Homeland Security Department, alleging the scans violate his Fourth Amendment right to be protected against unreasonable searches and seizures.

Ventura, who now hosts the TV show "Conspiracy Theory," says he flies several times a week for his job. He has a titanium implant as a result of hip replacement surgery, so he routinely sets off airport metal detectors and is subject to secondary search.
