Ryan's Path to $6 Trillion in Cuts

House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan, R-Wis., isn't interested in half measures to address the long-term budget crisis. His plan to slash $6 trillion in federal spending over 10 years would completely overhaul Medicare and Medicaid and dramatically reduce other mandatory spending.
