In the extreme budget pressure that agencies currently are operating under, it's more important than ever to meet key challenges head on, making use of innovative tools and techniques. We're trying to facilitate that process on GovExec.com with a new feature, Best Practices Case Studies. In it, we'll collect examples of how agencies have addressed today's imperatives, detailing the specific steps they took and the results they achieved.
