Obama Still Seeking Labor, Management Advice

President Obama announced Wednesday that among the items he'd like to continue getting advice about are labor-management relations and federal management.

Obama issued an executive order mandating the continuance of certain federal advisory committees. Among them are the National Council on Federal Labor-Management Relations, authorized under Executive Order 13522, and the President's Management Advisory Board, authorized under Executive Order 13538.

The committees will continue in operation until Sept. 30, 2013.
