Data is revolutionizing the way government achieves agency missions, however, a significant number of agencies are missing out. Nearly a half of federal employees feel that their agencies are just somewhat or not at all effective at using data. To measure how government agencies fare with data usage, Government Business Council (GBC) conducted extensive primary and secondary research across federal agencies for this issue brief.
