Federal, state, and local organizations are taking steps to implement and enhance cybersecurity measures in the face of these new threats; however, investing solely in technical solutions isn’t enough. In order to successfully defend critical data and infrastructure, the public sector must place an emphasis on the human aspect of cybersecurity: educating, arming, and preparing its workforce for an increasingly complex and unpredictable threat environment.
