Based on GBC's conversations with federal leaders, however, the challenges accompanying this transition vary significantly among agencies. “There’s a lot of space between articulating a strategy and executing a strategy, and we are in that space now," says one expert. Will 2019 be the year agencies take full command of their cloud capabilities?
