Government agencies are incorporating emerging technologies that actively contribute to their mission objectives and have visible benefits for employees and customers. To better understand the ways in which organizations are using information technology, as well as the types of technology they are implementing, Government Business Council (GBC) polled a random sample of 122 federal and defense employees in February and March 2020.
