Government agencies have enforced mandatory telework policies for the majority of their workforce in reaction to the COVID-19 pandemic. Will agencies have to greatly adapt their policies and network to support a prolonged work-from-home period? In GBC's most recent poll, we asked federal civilian employees about the changes they predict in the coming months regarding organizational telework posture and their confidence that their organization's network can keep up with a remote workforce.
