Although the demand for inter-agency data sharing is on the rise, many government agencies still lack secure data flows for cross-domain activity. Without secure data sharing capabilities across agency networks, some decision making will hinge on an incomplete picture of information. To study the state of cross-domain connectivity in government, Government Business Council (GBC) developed the following issue brief.
