It wasn’t shown on live TV, but just moments before delivering his State of the Union address, President Obama exchanged an “exploding fist bump” with Sen. Mark Kirk (R-Ill.). Kirk, who suffered a stroke in 2012 at the age of 52, recently made an emotional return to the Senate .
