Social media was abuzz with the announcement of Barack Obama's $3.9 trillion budget on Tuesday. While the Russian actions in Ukraine remained at the top of users' minds, Twitter lamented and celebrated Obama's budget. The Republican Party used a somewhat stale Internet meme from 2012, while others dove deeply into the numbers of the president's budget.

Commentors ranged from pundits, non-profit conservative organizations and lawmakers to federal employees, journalists and an Orthodox priest in Massachusetts.
