GovExec Daily: How Communities Enforce Stay-at-Home Orders

Route Fifty's Andrea Noble joined the podcast to talk about quarantine scofflaws and the rules states have put in place during the pandemic.

The earliest state stay-at-home orders in the U.S. came down in mid-March in places like California. States across the nation are telling people to stay in their houses and stop gathering in groups for anything other than essential trips. While there are some holes in the rules – at least 14 states have exemptions for religious services – more communities are telling people to stay in their homes.
