A ballot initiative meant to raise property taxes to fund the Columbus Zoo is dead.
The campaign against it, led by the Koch-backed conservative group Americans for Prosperity, proved effective in the polls, defeating the tax levy by an overwhelming margin. But Stephen Colbert wants to be absolutely positive that the Columbus Zoo never gets any money again.
Plus: the U.S. Postal Service is in debt, and Ikea plans to build a museum in Sweden.
