Media pundits are charging the federal government with lying to the American public about the threat of Ebola. The gross incompetence of agencies such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention means one thing: State legislatures must take over. Luckily, a South Carolina Republican has come up with an answer to the nation's Ebola problem.
