Play of the Day: Paul Ryan's Golden Touch
With the Wisconsinite saying he won't run for president, where does that leave the 2016 race?
Both David Letterman and The Tonight Show's Jimmy Fallon took a look Wednesday at Paul Ryan's announcement that he will not run for president in 2016. They both considered who the House Ways and Means Committee Chair would endorse and the comic possibilities therein. Fallon also checked in on another possible 2016 contender's recent comments.
On The Daily Show, host Jon Stewart looked at a recent court ruling in Florida and examined what, exactly, constitutes perversion in the Sunshine State. Conan O'Brien and Fallon looked at Obama's absence in Paris, as well.
And in the wake of the Golden Globe wins for Richard Linklater, Letterman took a look at his next film. Spoiler: It's about a former high-ranking fed.
