Play of the Day: Looking at Statistics from the Ferguson Report
The recently-released Justice Department report gets the Comedy Central late-night treatment.
Hillary Clinton's email has been a huge news story this week and Sen. John McCain even got in on the conversation, saying he doesn't use the common communication medium. Late Night's Seth Meyers examined his explanation and argued that McCain just has the wrong technology. Clinton herself spoke at an Emily's List function this week and The Tonight Show's Jimmy Fallon took the opportunity to examine her 2016 prospects this week.
With the release of the Justice's report on the Ferguson police, the Comedy Central shows each looked at Eric Holder's department's findings. The Daily Show's Jon Stewart found that the findings evoked Plessy v. Ferguson, while The Nightly Show's Larry Wilmore wondered about some of statistics Holder explained in his press conference.
