Play of the Day: Human and Panda Residents in D.C. Have the Same Rights
Last Week Tonight tackles Congressional representation of the nation's capital this week.
Dallas Mavericks owner and businessman Mark Cuban called 2016 GOP candidate Donald Trump "probably the best thing to happen to politics in a long long time" last week, citing that Trump "says what's on his mind." Last Week Tonight devoted its main segment to voting rights in the District of Columbia Sunday. In the segment, host John Oliver highlighted lack of Congressional representation by comparing human residents of the District to the panda residents of the District. But, of course, because they're endangered, Oliver has better plans for the pandas: Making more pandas.
