George W. Bush stumped for his brother Jeb over the weekend in South Carolina as the GOP primary in that state . The 43rd president quoted his father, confusing Meyers and even continued his unique way of speaking to the point that Jimmy Kimmel wondered if W. would ever win his war on grammar.
