Play of the Day: Superdelegates, Explained

While campaigning in New York last week, presidential candidate Bernie Sanders attended Broadway hit Hamilton. This gave The Daily Show's Trevor Noah, Late Night's Seth Meyers and The Tonight Show's Jimmy Fallon to joke about Sanders's age and resemblance to the subject of the play.

With the primary in full swing, Full Frontal's Samantha Bee devoted a segment of the show to explaining superdelegates' place in the process of electing a party's candidate. Showing a video from 2008 that said the superdelegates are "like wizards," Bee noted one famed "wizard" film classic that explains the state of American politics quite well.
