President Donald Trump's daughter Ivanka has a new office in the White House, though the hiring process and role s unclear. Conan O'Brien joked about Ivanka's new role, comparing her to Melania Trump and her having not moved to D.C.

The Washington Post this week rehashed a 2002 anecdote about Vice President Mike Pence and his wife Karen in which the vice president said he "never eats alone with a woman other than his wife and that he won’t attend events featuring alcohol without her by his side, either." Viceland's Desus & Mero joked that the story sounds like something out of the 19th century, while Late Show's Stephen Colbert joked that Pence has "snow on the roof, but there's fire in the furnace."
