Reports circulated this week that Trump might veto a potential government funding bill if money for his border wall is not included. Late Night' s Seth Meyers joked that Trump's slow progress in nominating officials makes it seem like the government is shut down already, while Late Show' s Stephen Colbert compared a potential shutdown to Trump's business failures. Trump tweeted and spoke about the wall quite a bit over the weekend, quoting cost estimates in an Associated Press interview and saying costs could increase "if I do a super-duper, higher, better," project . Colbert noted that Trump's description sounds decreasingly like an infrastructure project and increasingly like a child describing a pillow fort project.
