"America First: A Budget Blueprint to Make America Great Again" calls for cuts across the board.
According to reports, President Donald Trump asked two intelligence officials to to publicly refute the possibility of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. Jimmy Kimmel joked about the report saying Trump seemed to be talking a lot about something of which he's innocent, while Conan O'Brien tied the news to a recent viral video between Trump and his wife.
The White House released the president's budget blueprint Tuesday. The Late Show's Stephen Colbert joked about the budget's name -- "America First: A Budget Blueprint to Make America Great Again" -- saying that it's a grandiose title for a financial document, while Late Night's Seth Meyers used the title to mock one of Trump's sons. Colbert and Kimmel noted the large cuts in the document, with Kimmel comparing the frugality of the American government to Trump's love for extravagance.
