Play of the Day: The President Stands For the National Anthem

President Donald Trump will receive his first physical as president this week, prompting Late Night's Seth Meyers to joke that Trump will use it as an occasion to brag about how he has "the most knees" and tie the physical to the allegations of sexual misconduct against the president.

Trump attended the college football national championship game on Monday and was on the field for the singing of the national anthem. Many pointed out that the president only sang or mouthed certain parts of the song, suggesting he may have forgotten the lyrics. The Tonight Show's Jimmy Fallon joked that Trump couldn't have forgotten the lyrics if he never knew them, while Jimmy Kimmel joked that Trump would never win Lip Sync Battle with a performance like that. The Daily Show's Trevor Noah and Meyers joked that Trump sang the song the same way many white people know Rihanna's "Work" or Luis Fonsi's "Despacito" in that most people only know a few of the lyrics and mumble the rest.
