Play of the Day: Trump Visits The Carolinas After Hurricane Florence
The storm was "one of the wettest we've seen, from the standpoint of water."
President Donald Trump visited the Carolinas on Wednesday and visited with victims of Hurricane Florence's force. At one point, Trump helped distribute meals, prompting Jimmy Kimmel to joke that Trump sounded like he was "working the drive-thru."
Trump released a video on Wednesday thanking first responders for their work during and after the storm and said in it that Florence was "one of the wettest we've seen, from the standpoint of water." Late Night's Seth Meyers joked about the news, saying that Trump can't even talk about weather -- the easiest small talk topic -- correctly, while Kimmel joked that even storms during Trump's time in office have to be the biggest and best.
