Play of the Day: Trump Tweets 'Game Over' After The Mueller Report Release
The president is again working the "Game of Thrones" visual theme.
President Donald Trump is set to spend Easter weekend in Florida at Mar-a-Lago and left on Thursday. Late Night's Seth Meyers joked about the news, saying "while kids look for eggs, he'll look for Melania."
The heavily-redacted Mueller Report was released to the public on Thursday and late-night hosts had lots of jokes about it. The Tonight Show's Jimmy Fallon joked that the report looked more like a printer problem than a government report, while Jimmy Kimmel joked that there was one page fully redacted referring to a certain rumored tape. After Attorney General William Barr's morning press conference, Trump tweeted an image of him with the Game of Thrones font saying "Game over." Late Late Show's James Corden joked about the GoT connection, saying "I only hope it's Trump's final season," while Fallon joked that Trump was going to tweet an image of himself on a dragon if things went the other way.
