Human capital officers weigh challenges
Highlights of a panel discussion about the government's top personnel officials.
In a recent issue, Government Executive highlighted the challenges facing the government's chief human capital officers, among other top federal officials.
In connection with that issue, we conducted a panel discussion at the National Press Club in Washington with three key figures in the federal personnel community:
- Linda Springer, head of the Office of Personnel Management.
- Gail Lovelace, chief human capital officer at the General Services Administration.
- Reginald Wells, chief human capital officer at the Social Security Administration.
