Your Vote Counts: Help Honor Government’s Bold Innovators
Take a look at Nextgov’s Bold Award finalists and cast your ballot for the People’s Choice award.
Each year, in the Bold Awards program, our sister publication Nextgov honors innovators at federal agencies who are using the power of information technology to solve problems and meet key challenges facing government.
This year, the Nextgov team has identified 20 Bold Award finalists who have done everything from launching a grassroots social media disaster preparedness campaign to making thousands of pages of federal information available for bulk downloading by the public.
Now the voting is on for the People’s Choice Bold Award winner. You can review the finalists here and cast your ballot using a form on the page. You also can vote on Twitter using the hashtag #BoldAwards. (You must tag @Nextgov and include the finalist or team name for your vote to count.)
The winners of the Bold Awards, including the People’s Choice honoree, will be formally recognized at Nextgov Prime, a gathering of more than 500 federal IT influencers who are already creating the government of 2020. You can register here for the event.
