Rationing Ice Cream at Guantanamo

Here's a great picture by Carol Rosenberg of The Miami Herald taken at Camp 6 of the U.S. detainee facility at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. It shows a refrigerator labeled "Detainee Food Only" bearing the message, "Only 1 ice cream for each detainee!"
