In March, the White House expanded ‘maximum telework’ for federal employees across the federal entire government. Around the same time, stay-at-home orders brought by states compelled most private sector businesses to move to remote work.

The effect on productivity has varied between businesses and organizations, so CFI Group and Medallia collaborated to conduct a study collecting feedback from the private and public sector workforces to assess how productivity, engagement and satisfaction have shifted during this crisis.  Brian Michael, VP & GM Public Sector at Medallia and Sheri Petras, CEO at CFI Group, joined the podcast to talk about the survey’s results and how the U.S. workforce can prepare for the next phases of the pandemic response.
