The Tennessee Valley Authority is not usually something that comes up a lot in executive orders, but, earlier this month, the TVA made news. President Donald Trump shook up TVA leadership, partially because of the leadership outsourcing jobs.

He formerly served as deputy undersecretary of Defense for acquisition reform and director of the Defense Reform Initiative during Bill Clinton’s administration.
