Over the past year, the U.S. has seen a renewed focus on systemic racism. With this new introspection, organizations have had to examine their own relationship with diversity and inclusion, as well as the institutional biases that may exist in the United States. 

The Government Business Council, the research arm of Government Executive Media group, surveyed our audience about the state of diversity, equity and inclusion in their workplaces. Josh Okada, a Senior Research Analyst at GBC, joined the podcast to discuss the survey results.
