Since coming into office, President Joe Biden has made diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility priorities for the federal government. This has manifested in funding toward equity projects and executive orders signed by Biden, including the recent EO 13985, the Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities through the Federal Government order that includes an all-of-government approach.
JP Julien is an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company. He’s also one of the co-leaders of McKinsey’s Institute for Black Economic Mobility. He joined the podcast to discuss the Biden order and how agencies can advance equity.
